There should be a warning label on these cookies: "Customer BEWARE...these cookies are addictive!" These are more a culinary work of art than just a cookie. Whoever combined these flavors (mango, coconut, lime) in just the right amounts was an genius.
These cookies were so unique, and like nothing I’ve tasted before. They were sweet, but not overly, and didn’t feel heavy either because of the citrus and floral notes. I loved the thin layer of jam too!
I try not to eat sweets, but I enjoy something that’s healthy every once in a while. And I don’t feel guilty eating your cookies. They’re great.
