A. No! We love cookies and can't stop baking them!
Q. Does your product contain nuts?
A. Because we work out of a shared commercial kitchen space, please note that some products may contain or have traces of nuts and nut oils or may have been made alongside other products containing nuts. Tubby's Taste cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from food allergies.
That being said, Tubby's Taste is allergen friendly using no soy, nuts, eggs, or dairy. Our items do contain ground flax seed and coconut oil and coconut shreds at times.
Q. Are your ingredients organic/non-GMO?
A. We use organic ingredients and cut back on sugar when it isn't necessary for the chemistry of a recipe. Dessert should be eaten in moderation, but when you're eating our cookies we want you to feel satisfied and happy! Here's a link to our ingredient list.
Q. How does ordering and shipping work?
A. Once orders are placed and fulfilled, cookie boxes are shipped from our commercial kitchen in Chicago, IL using USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking number once your item has shipped.
Q. How do I store my desserts once I receive them?
A. Our cookies do not have any added preservatives so they stay fresher if kept in an airtight container at room temperature, refrigerated or frozen. If kept frozen, cookies will last up to two months. If kept at room temperature, cookies will last about a week. We personally like freezing our cookies in a resealable bag and taking them out an hour before enjoying.
